About us
Auxilium School is a proceeding co-educational English medium Christian minority Educational institution situated in Mahadevpur, Dholai30kms away from Silchar town. The School was opened officially on April 9, 2015 and is catering to the girls and boys of Dholai and surrounding villages irrespective of caste and creed. Auxilium School had a very humble beginning in 2015 in a rented house about 300 metres away from the school site. In 2007, the school was relocated to the present campus. The School is owned and administered by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco (FMA) of Shillong Province, which has its headquarters at Auxilium – Nongthymmai, Shillong.
The Institute of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA) also known as the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco is an organization founded in Italy in the year 1872 by Don Bosco, the great modern educator in collaboration with St. MariaDomenicaMazzarello.
Foster and promote the integral formation of the students, enabling them to become intellectually competent, morally sound, spiritually strong, physically fit and socially alert individuals capable of critical judgment and ready to face the challenges of life.
We offer the students education and formation endeavoring to form them into good and honest citizens worthy of God and worthy of our nation. We also help them to reach out to their less fortunate brothers and sisters thus contributing to the building up of a society based on peace, justice and brotherhood/sisterhood.

Method of Education
The system of education followed in the school is the Preventive System of Education taught by St. John Bosco (Don Bosco) a great educator and a father of youth. This system is based on reason (conviction), religion (a personal awareness of GOD) and loving kindness. It believes in preventing indiscipline among the students in an environment of the friendliness and love.
